The lack of wardrobes made changing for the spa inconvenient, and the advertised coffee machine was just a kettle with limited coffee options. Upgrades were falsely communicated, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, with neglected carpets throughout the corridors.

the location of this hotel is def the best part. super close to the city center, so it was easy to explore. the spa was a nice extra, and the staff were really helpful. the room was clean and matched the pics from the site. overall, pretty comfy stay.

the breakfast could have been better, not much variety. also, the wifi was kinda weak at times.

Hotel was easy to find from the train station and Pierre Louis welcomed us well. The staff felt like family, always ready to assist, nothing was too much trouble for them.
